Important Information for Clinic Visits
If you are a permanent resident and have a health care card, it is very important that you bring your card with you to both clinics.
If you do not have a health care card and are not yet in the final steps of obtaining one, please make sure to bring all relevant personal identification and your up-to-date medical history.
Every Monday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Whether you need routine immunizations or specialized vaccines, our healthcare professional team is here to ensure you receive the care you need in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Our medical professionals offer all routine vaccinations, including those required for schools and daycare facilities, with the including of the COVID-19 vaccine.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled break times or clinic closing hours.

Registered dental hygienists will offer more than just dental screenings and fluoride varnish applications. They will also assist with enrollment in dental programs such as Healthy Smiles Ontario (for children) and the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (for older adults), if needed.
